Access Consciousness has access to the data you have shared with me because I am a facilitator of Access Consciousness.
You are the one in charge! I keep your data to comply with local regulations, for tax records and until you say otherwise. You have the right to manage your communications, change any info I have, request what I have and ask for it to be limited or deleted.
Do you have to give me your information? If you would like to interact with me in any way – yes! What information you share with me, stays with me. I store your data in cloud systems for safekeeping. Everyone on my team is trained in Data Protection and have signed Non-Disclosure Agreements.

I store all of the data that I need in order to maintain our relationships with customers and clients. This data ranges from records including full name, e-mail address and country, to more extensive records that include full name, telephone number, e-mail address, contact address, as well as details of dependents.
For tax purposes, if you attend a class or buy a product, I will store your tax or VAT identification number and all of the data that I need to issue a correct invoice in all of the jurisdictions in which I operate. I may store both your shipping address and your billing address, which can be used to verify credit card payments or other methods of payment.

I store your data in order to provide the services that I offer for free and to fulfill our contractual undertakings with my clients.
